When you think about wurstel you often face a question. It is a food that is very enjoyable for children, they are soft and appetizing, and it is normal for the little ones to taste it. At the same time, however, we know that some of the wurstels from large organized distribution sometimes contain too much nitrites and preservatives.
That is why, having used them as small as possible as varied as possible and with ingredients of natural origin, you can pay more attention to their nutrition. The Handmade Wurstel produced by the Gombitelli Salumificio are prepared with a selection of the best parts of the pig. The result is a delicious mix of pink meat and robust consistency, which is chewed with pleasure.
How to make the most of your Handmade Wurstel
You can taste the characteristic taste of the wurstel and the tenderness of its meat by simply immersing it in boiling water for about 10 minutes. The meat will take on a lighter pink color and tending to white. At the end of cooking, the wurstel can be used as a base for other recipes, in a spice salad or accompanying a vegetable or legume dish.
Thanks to the comfortable edible gut, this handmade wurstel cooks on the wonders even on plates and grids, just have to be careful to drill it in some places. As soon as it starts to make a little crust outside the wurstel is ready, prolonging the cooking is at this point a matter of personal taste.
