Today we offer a very simple recipe, perfect on hot summer days as it requires no cooking, and especially quick to prepare.

Ham and Melon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 n. melon
  • 180 gr. salted ham

Instructions
 

  • Cut the melon into wedges by following its natural shape and remove the peel. Wrap the slices of ham with melon slices and arrange on a plate.

Notes

For this recipe we recommend the salted ham, because being more savory contrasts well the sweet melon to taste but you can use semi-sweet ham or sweet ham.
