The process of crushing is carried out in a continuous cycle olive-press, with cold extraction at the temperature below 27°C. Soft filtration takes place through the natural settling not to damage product’s structure.
Extra virgin olive oil, Stefanini has a sharp and harmonious taste, fruity aftertaste with scent of fresh grass and artichoke.
