Bravi Andrea’s Tuscan Cannellino bean is a legume cultivated and dried in Garfagnana and bordering areas.
The Cannellino bean has a thin , long form and shiny white colour. They are rich of proteins, carbohydrates, mineral salts and fibres.
These beans have a sweet and equilibrate taste that makes them ideal for fish dishes as shellfish; theyare also suggested for salads.
