Bravi Andrea’s Tuscan home-made Borlotto bean is a legume cultivated and dried in Garfagnana and bordering areas.
The Borlotto bean has a beige colour and brown spots that vanish ones cooked. It is low-fat and rich of carbohydrate, vitamin B and fibre.
The intense flavour of this bean, makes it ideal for the preparation of many typical Tuscan dishes as “sausage and bean” ( salsiccia e fagioli ) and soups. It matches very well with beef dishes.

This product requires a soak of about 12 hours.
Keep in a cool and dry place.
