Acacia Honey of beekeeping Andreini is produced by bees kept in pristine surroundings in the hills of Lucca.
This honey has the ‘organic certification’ from the body ICEA Toscana; According to RegulationEC 834/2007, organic farming does not use synthetic chemicals (fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, pesticides in general), neither genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Acacia Honey has a golden-yellow colour, the texture is quite liquid, the flavor is delicate; This honey remains fluid longer without crystallizing.
