All jams produced by Bravi Andrea are made rigorously with fresh fruit, processed as an ancient tradition wants, without adding preservatives and pectin to ensure their natural flavour.
The Fig Jam is great at breakfast based on bread, butter, and jam and it is suited for confectionery recipes, for shortbread cookies as tarts, etc.; This jam is the most appreciated along with the fresh and seasoned cheeses.
