The peppers in Oil of Bravi Andrea are made with peppers cultivated in Garfagnana by the peasantry of Garfagnana’s consortium.
The peppers are blanched in water, vinegar and salt; then put in olive oil with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
The Peppers in Oil are great in the buffet of appetizers, in classic Tuscan starters along with meats and cheeses and even as a side dish with meat and fish.
Peppers, olive oil, salt, chili vinegar, contains sulfites.
Keep in a cold and dry place.
