The Plum Extra Jam of Bravi Andrea is made with plums gathered in orchards of Garfagnana.
All jams produced by Bravi Andrea are made rigorously with fresh fruit, processed as an ancient tradition wants, without any preservatives or pectin, to ensure their natural flavour.
The plum Jam is great for breakfast based on bread, butter and jam and is appropriate for confectionery recipes, for shortbread cookies as tarts, etc.; this jam goes also with cheese.
Fresh fruit, brown sugar, no added pectin.
Steaming and sterilized in a water bath.
