Zucchini Preserved in Oil




Zucchini Preserved in Oil of Bravi Andrea is made with zucchini grown in Garfagnana from the peasantry of Consortium Garfagnana.

Zucchini is blanched in water, vinegar and salt; then put in olive oil with the addition of garlic, parsley and a pinch of red pepper.

Zucchini Preserved in Oil is great in the buffet of appetizers, in a classic Tuscan appetizer along with meats and cheeses and even as a side dish with meat and fish.


Zucchini, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.

Keep in a cold and dry place.
