The Cream of Lard with Truffles is a “gem” created by the Salumificio Artigianale Gombitelli, this product is born from passion for food and art of producing the cured pork meat; the Artisan cured meat Factory Gombitelli has a centuries-old tradition of pork meat production, which is tied with the oldest recipes of cured meats, proposed again in an unchanged way by the Gombitelli, which at the same time loves to experiment with new flavours and new combinations of taste.

The Lard and truffle cream is made with lard which is already salted and ready to be consumed, this lard, deprived of rind, is very finely ground and flavoured with truffles.

The Cream of Lard and with Truffle can be used in many ways: you can just spread it on bread for bruschetta, crostini, tigelle (typical focaccia bread from Modena), etc… but, it can also be used for spreading on the roasts in the oven, and other meats like the fillet, and chicken breast before grill, or for frying the egg- by dissolving one teaspoon of it, in oil, or else you can use it as a basis for making the sauce for pasta.

Whichever way you use it, the Cream of Lard with Truffles will donate to your dish, the typical and unmistakable aroma of truffles.

Salumificio Artigianale Gombitelli makes this excellent product in convenient, 200gram glass jars, once opened, you can store it in the refrigerator for a long time.

Pork lard, salt, pepper, garlic, summer truffle-based preparation [minced summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt), summer truffle juice (tuber aestivum vitt), salt] -% summer truffle in the finished product 1.8% , flavorings and spices, flavorings, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E250-E252.

Produced in a factory where dairy products and gluten-containing ingredients are not used.

It may contain traces of walnuts and pistachios.
