The Lard and truffle cream is made with lard which is already salted and ready to be consumed, this lard, deprived of rind, is very finely ground and flavoured with truffles.
The Cream of Lard and with Truffle can be used in many ways: you can just spread it on bread for bruschetta, crostini, tigelle (typical focaccia bread from Modena), etc… but, it can also be used for spreading on the roasts in the oven, and other meats like the fillet, and chicken breast before grill, or for frying the egg- by dissolving one teaspoon of it, in oil, or else you can use it as a basis for making the sauce for pasta.
