The Mushrooms Salami is one of the gems of Salumificio Artigianale Gombitelli, a fruit of the imagination and the desire to experiment that distinguishes the Triglia Family.
The meat of this medium-grained salami is very lean, besides the salt, a very low quantity of spices are added, in order to not mask/cover the valued taste of the mushrooms.
The seasoning of Mushroom Flavoured Salami occurs in well ventilated rooms for about six weeks.
The flavour of mushrooms invokes the production place i.e. “Gombitelli”, a small 480-meter attitude town in the middle of the woods, known for cold cuts and as well for the “Chiodini” mushrooms, moreover for the chestnut woods where the mushrooms grow.
This flavouring donates to the product a darker colour and a special unmistakable flavour.
The Mushrooms Salami is an excellent product to be served for the buffet of appetizers and entrées of cold cuts, if possible, before a pleasant dinner based on mushrooms.
Pork, pork fat, salt, garlic, dried porcini mushrooms 1%, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), flavorings and spices, antioxidant: E300, preservatives: E250-E252.
Produced in a factory where dairy products and gluten-containing ingredients are not used.
It may contain traces of walnuts and pistachios.
