Ingredients
  

  • 200 gr. Sardinian Pecorino Fresh
  • 2 n. pears Forelle

Instructions
 

  • Arrange on platter peeled pears into slices, remove the crust to the cheese and cut it into chunks.

Notes

This cutting board we used Forelle pears and fresh pecorino cheese but you can use different kinds of pears and cheese, also goat or cow.
