“Montale” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI has an intense flavor typical of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI: the flavor is sweet while the acid part, well present, adds sensations of cleanliness. It goes well with any type of dish, giving character and aroma. Eggs, meats, fish, raw and cooked vegetables are enriched with nuances, giving the palate extreme pleasure.

“Montale” PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from the must of the typical grapes of the Modena hills harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness. To these is added a strong wine vinegar, and it is aged in oak, chestnut, mulberry and juniper barrels.
At the end of processing the product shows a beautiful dark, bright color.
