A honey is like a good wine: there is not a single quality, but different each with its aroma, its characteristics.

Sulla Honey is not found everywhere, therefore it is a precious honey. It is a light-colored honey that tends to white when it crystallizes and has a rapid and compact crystallization. Its scent is reminiscent of flowers, freshly cut hay but it is soft and pleasant. The very delicate taste makes it perfect for sweetening drinks because it does not alter the flavor.

It has a slightly lower sweetening power than acacia honey and is rich in iron, copper, zinc, magnesium and manganese. It has a slight laxative power and helps in the elimination of liquids. A honey therefore with many properties that derive from Sulla whose nectar bees are greedy. This herbaceous plant, present in the Mediterranean basin, is in fact also used in natural medicine and in animal fodder to keep them healthy.

The Andreini Beekeeping Sulla Honey is produced by bees raised in an uncontaminated environment in the Tuscan countryside.
