Ingredients
- 1 n. melon
- 180 gr. salted ham
Instructions
- Cut the melon into wedges by following its natural shape and remove the peel. Wrap the slices of ham with melon slices and arrange on a plate.
Notes
For this recipe we recommend the salted ham, because being more savory contrasts well the sweet melon to taste but you can use semi-sweet ham or sweet ham.
