Pecorino Aged in Cave is prepared with ewe’s milk and contains its rich and firm taste; the crust of this cheese which is aged in cave is thin and encloses within a very delicate and sweet ripe hints of dry fruit.
Pecorino Aged in Cave has flavour of hazelnuts, which becomes more rich with the ageing and leaves the space to the hints of toasted hazelnuts.
This cheese is perfect for apetizers, accompanied by crusty bread, and matches very well with the acacia honey and fig jam.
